O InterDISCIPLINARY Journal of Portuguese Diaspora Studies (IJPDS) recebe contribuições originais para a edição anual da revista (em linha e impressa) a ser publicada em 2019.

Pesquisadores em Ciências Humanas e Sociais são convidados a apresentar trabalhos até ao dia 30 de setembro de 2018.

A IJPDS é uma revista académica revista por pares que fomenta a pesquisa sobre a diáspora portuguesa a partir de uma perspetiva multidisciplinar, comparada e internacional; dentro das áreas temáticas que abrangem as humanidades e as ciências sociais.

As línguas de publicação são: Inglês, Português, Espanhol e Francês.

We are pleased to announce the publication of volume 7 of the InterDISCIPLINARY Journal of Portuguese Diaspora Studies (IJPDS). Titled “Goans on the Move,” this ground-breaking, monumental volume, with over 600 pages and collaborators from several countries, was guest edited by Cielo Festino, Hélder Garmes, Paul Melo e Castro, and Robert Newman. They are members of the international project, Thinking Goa: A Singular Archive in Portuguese (2015–2019), funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation.

Goan-Canadian writer, Ben Antao, writes about this volume: “I am blown away by the sheer immensity of the work you have undertaken! Generations of research students yet unborn will be grateful to you for this extraordinary, awesome literary project.”

P.S. We are accepting and welcome original contributions for the next annual issue of the InterDISCIPLINARY Journal of Portuguese Diaspora Studies (IJPDS) to be published in 2019. Researchers in the Humanities and Social Sciences are encouraged to submit papers in final form by September 30th, 2018.
