Lecturer in Latin American History

We are looking for a lecturer (fixed term) in Latin American History
The Opportunity:
There is an opportunity to join the History department of the School of History, Classics and Archaeology as a fixed-term Lecturer in Latin American history. The role requires expertise in any area of Latin American history, with a preference for specialism in Brazilian history. The successful candidate must be able to teach honours courses such as ‘Beyond Dictatorship: Human Rights in Latin America’, ‘Landscapes of Power: Brazil and its Histories’ or ‘The “Other” in Latin American History’, or other existing courses in the field of Latin American history in HCA. In addition, they will contribute to team teaching across all levels of the curriculum, including pre-honours, honours and MSc level courses, as appropriate. The successful candidate will also conduct and publish internationally excellent research.
