Os organizadores do ciclo de seminários "Memória, Cultura e Cidadania em Nações Pós-Coloniais" convidam para o lançamento do livro Os Legados do Império Colonial Português (Bloomsbury), que ocorrerá em 29 de novembro, entre as 17h30 e as 19h30, na presença de alguns dos autores e dos editores, Elsa Peralta e Nuno Domingos. O evento será realizado na biblioteca da FLUL.
No dia seguinte, haverá também um seminário do Projeto "Constellations of Memory: a multidirectional study of postcolonial migration and remembering". O antropólogo francês Benoît de L'Estoile, diretor do Departamento de Pesquisa e Educação do Musée du Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, apresentará uma comunicação intitulada "Legados coloniais: uma abordagem comparatista". O evento terá lugar no dia 30 de novembro, às 11h00, no ICS (Sala 2).
The organizers of seminar cycle "Memory, Culture and Citizenship in Post-Colonial Nations" are pleased to invite you to the launch of the book The Legacies of the Portuguese Colonial Empire (Bloomsbury) that will take place on 29 November, between 5:30 and 7:30 PM, in presence of some of the authors and of the editors, Elsa Peralta and Nuno Domingos.
On the next day, there will also be a seminar of the Project "Constellations of Memory: a multidirectional study of postcolonial migration and remembering". The French anthropologist Benoît de L'Estoile, director of the Research and Education Department of Musée du Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, will present a communication entitled "Legados coloniais: uma abordagem comparatista".
