The department of European Languages and Cultures, part of School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures, seeks to appoint a Portuguese language assistant.

The successful applicant will be required to teach within the framework of the School’s courses in Portuguese.

This is a part time (17.5 hours per week), fixed-term post available for 1 year from September 2020 to August 2021. For the months of July and August, working hours will be zero. Annual leave will normally be taken during the months you are scheduled to work. Salary is calculated on an annualised basis and paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.

Salary: Grade UE06 - £28,331 to £32,816 per annum, pro rata (as per averaged salary calculations).
